We're sorry you're not happy with your Bling It On! purchase.
Unfortunately, at this point in time, we do not accept exchanges or returns due to our current policy as an online jewellery business. Since we do not operate a physical store at present, we have specific guidelines in place. However, if you experience any issues with your purchase, such as defects or damage during shipping, please feel free to contact us. If the item is completely damaged and it has been proven to be our fault, we will issue you a refund or send out a new item to you free of charge. If it was ruined during shipping, we will do our best to assist you in working with the delivery company to resolve the issue. Please note, we would need proof that the item arrived in this condition and confirmation that it has not been worn, as we are unable to accept worn items.
